Sean Davies spent his early career as a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne after completing a PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics.

Moving to a commercial career, he completed an MBA at the Melbourne Business School and spent four years with the Boston Consulting Group advising Australian and international blue chip companies on a diverse range of management and strategic business issues.

Sean has over ten years experience as an executive search consultant and has completed searches for many of Australia’s top companies at the level of chief executive, or direct report to the chief executive. In addition Sean has extensive experience in the education sector working for independent schools and universities.
