Richard Besley has spent 20 years in management consulting assisting CEOs, senior executives and boards to develop business strategies and execute operational transformations.

Richard completed an economics degree before moving into the shipping industry where he gained commercial experience with organisations such as Australian National Line.

After receiving his MBA from the University of Melbourne, he started his advisory career with KPMG in Corporate Finance working on corporate restructures.

Richard became a Partner of Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers working across a diverse range of industries – consulting to major corporates, government departments and government business enterprises. Richard then joined IBM following their acquisition of PwC Consulting, where he undertook a number of roles in Australia and Asia Pacific.
